CELL BIOLOGY SCIENTIST
($90,000 - $150,000)

Required Qualifications
· PhD or MS with at least 5 years of experience in cell culture or a related field.
· A strong publication record demonstrating expertise in cell biology.
· Extensive experience with cell culture, gene editing, lentivirus, transfection, and flow cytometry.
· Advanced knowledge of cell biology and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist with experience in Cell Biology.
You will play a critical role in discovering new medicines by executing projects with our GigaAssay™ technology. This is
a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of healthcare. There will be opportunities for

Responsibilities
Cell Culture, Gene Editing, and Cell Engineering. Perform cell culture experiments, including engineering human cell lines
using lentivirus for fluorescent reporters, over-expression constructs, and gene knock-ins/knock-outs. Conduct single-cell
cloning, screen for activity, and maintain recombinant lentiviral libraries for transfection and infection.
Assay Development. Design, develop, and validate fluorescent reporter assays in cells; Sort reporter cells and test activity
with flow cytometry and plate reader assays. Intellectually own and coordinate GigaAssay design, troubleshooting, and
optimization.
General. The candidate should possess strong leadership and scientific skills, enabling them to manage projects
effectively from conception to completion. They should be a creative problem-solver who can analyze data, develop
hypotheses, and design experiments to meet project goals. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and
adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should be proficient or rapidly learn
software programs such as Excel, Prism, FlowJo, Benchling, Asana, Lucid, and maintain accurate records in a LIMS.
They should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Compensation and Benefits
The final position and level of remuneration are dependent on the candidate’s level of
