Heligenics offers a base salary, full benefits including health insurance, 401K plan with matching, and stock options.These are on-site positions in Las Vegas.  The searches will remain open until filled. The start date is as soon as possible.Heligenics plans to hire about 40 employees over the next three years. Personal Assistant

The position is for a Personal Assistant to the CEO  to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks. 

Core job responsibilities include:

1. Meeting with CEO to review daily tasks

2. Scheduling calendar appointments and meetings

3. Electronic document filing from emails

4. Drafting meeting agendas and recording minutes and notes

5. Tracking and updating agreements

6. Managing correspondence and drafting letters and emails for CEO

7. Prepare and manage social media announcements and graphics (Twitter, LinkedIn)

 

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. 2+ years of professional administrative experience

3. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Forms/Drive

4. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

5. Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information

6. Able to meet tight deadlines

Scientist/Associate I/II/III in Cell Biology

 The position is for a Research Scientist/Associate I/II/III, with the nature of the final position and level of remuneration being dependent on the candidate’s level of experience. This role is focused on cell engineering with a strong tissue culture focus. 

 

Core job responsibilities include:

  1. Using lentivirus to engineer human cell lines to express fluorescent reporters, over-expression constructs or to generate knock in or knock out of various genes.

  2. Single cell cloning of engineered cell lines and screening clones for activity

  3. Developing and validating flow cytometry based reporter assays

  4. Managing cell culture stocks and laboratory supplies

  5. Maintaining accurate records in a Laboratory Information Management System

 

Qualifications:

1. BS/BA or equivalent

2. 2+ years of laboratory experience

3.  Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

4. Able to meet tight deadlines
